Thank you for your replies. I think all though this font looks good, it may cause too much confusion as you all say.

I'll continue to work on it and post an updated version for your C&C.

Thanks!

Here are a new batch.

I like the idea of Rafanelli Foto, utilizing the F from Rafanelli.

Thoughts?

This one has a slight emboss around "Ra anelli" and "oto"

Of the first batch, they are all completely illegible. Of the second, the first logo is more readable, but why are you stretching out the fonts so much?

That's a drop shadow around the F, but it's showing white for some reason.

I can read this version, but I can't tell the difference between the two. Even after your description.

From a graphic designers perspective... Spacing the letters make it much easier to read at a distance such as vehicle lettering, letterheads, embroidery and such.

The color of the drop shadow can be changed in the layers blending options. Click on the name 'drop shadow' and the options for drop shadow will appear.

This version is better than the previous. How is the business name actually spelled?

Personally I like it stretched out more.

The business name, website name and 'identity' should all be spelled the same so there is no confusion on how it's actually spelled. When customers are looking for your website, it should be spelled correctly. If you own foto and someone else owns the same name with photo, then they will be getting the traffic. The same thing goes for .com, .net, .org. If your .org, chances are .com will get more traffic. The alternative would be to register both names and all varients of them.

A logo is more of a graphic or emblem that would be associated with your name and/or business.

The business name will either be Rafanelli Photography or Rafanelli Foto, still in the decision process.

How's this? And thoughts on the name?

Other ideas for your web address would simply be your name.

Assuming Rafanelli is your last name it is already taken for .com and .net

The foto and photo equivelant are both available. If you choose foto I would recommend purchasing both spellings with .com and point both names to the same website.

Photography is more professional.

Hope I've been of some help,

Troy

I think misspelling words in a business name isn't the best idea. just my opinion, which we all know EVERYONE has...

I also prefer Rafanelli Photography.

Here's a new take I would like to share.
