I happened to snap this picture today while out on my lunch break. Unfortunately for me, I can't seem to ID this bird. Can someone who knows what this is please ID it for me? Thanks in advance.

After looking at female Easter Bluebirds in my bird book I can see the resemblance, but I would have expected more of a blue coloring on the wings and tail. A second shot I took of the backside does show more of a blue tint to the tail, but again, not like I expected.
