Just a few shots of the Lapwing (otherwise called Peewit or Green Plover) Taken this month at my local reserve. All with 300mm F4+1.4x ext. Hope you like.....Don

Lovely shots Lammie, of one of my favourite birds. Born last summer, I think by the pale edges to the feathers. I love the reflection in the first one, and the third is a great portrait. Did you do much pp?

The first shot is really nice. I think I would clone out the light spot in the water behind his head. It is a bit distracting to me. Great work!

very cool plover Don. I've Never seen a shorebird with a plume. Great job by you of positioning the bird with the still water and the shoreline. A nice day and bird for you.
