Find a gal who just sold her lens to buy a camera and you've got the makings of a great short story!!

If you look at the exif data you will see they were either from a P&S or from a long time back.
I have been without an SLR since Nov 2007.
Til now I have always bought cameras with kit lenses and promised myself I would get pro glass but never did.
I've had both canon and nikon systems too (ooooo, the horror)
It's very rare that I could honestly say the camera was the reason for me not getting a shot, it's always been lens limitations.
My friend and next door neighbour has two canon cameras be they the lowly 350d and 400d but they will suffice for testing until I decide what body to get.
The optic is being bought through Jessops in the UK and they have a 28 day any reason refund policy so, as you can see, the risk to me is very low.

Don't listen to them...

You don't need a body! Just buy a SECOND lens and you'll have the coolest eyeglasses of anyone else in the psych ward!

Not sure what to do with this space yet... but in the meantime, here's my Little Bitty Gear List:lol:

Oh, and here is my flickr (external link) if anyone is interested! And my very INACTIVE Model Mayhem (external link)

You should have invested the money while you wait for enough to get a body as well, now you just have a paper weight and losing $x every day due to forgone interest
