For indoors, depends...upping the ISO produces noise if the light is 'really' horrible, but, it's still manageable. MCSquared Photography

I'm currently shooting with a 450D and I'm planning on upgrading to a 5D or the Mark II in the future. I hardly shoot with the pop up flash but it comes in handy sometimes and there are sometimes you don't want to log an external flash. The 5D is a fantasic body for indoor photography whether it be available light or flash and I assume the Mk II will be as well, and a flash really will help you to get shots you would otherwise miss. A fast lens can only do so much. Tony
