That would suck - if you had quadruplets and gave them all the same name. :lol::lol:

You mean like George Foreman did with his boys? They're all named George Foreman Jr but each has a different middle name... :rolleyes:

Hey, it saves the frustration of getting names mixed up when you're hollering at them:)

When I started on NASCAR, I had to quickly learn the difference between y'all (singular), Y'ALL (plural) and All Y'all (everybody...) :lol:

Guys I just ain't happy with the 35L. I think I'm gonna return it tomorrow and exchange it for the brick, and sell my 17-40L, lighten the bag a little.

24 is pretty freakin' wide on the 5D. That's why I am selling the 17-40, I never use it beyond 26mm on the wide end anyway. It's too wide.

<Headslap>

You did say "Brick" and I missed that, sorry...

Yeah, it's pretty WA for sure.

S'ok :lol:. Fewer lenses in my bag = always a good thing. 24-70, 85L, 200L, 400L. Not bad.

Brad, I love the colors in that deer shot!

Perry, L1TTLEgreenMAN, Space, Tony and Bruce, thank you! Glad you like them. The cemetary is a great place to walk around in with a camera. Besides, that is more or less the only place in this town that has sunshine this time of year when the sun is so low in the sky. (Most of the town only gets sunshine on the roofs.) I can't wait for the days to become longer.

Perry, sorry that you didn't like the 35L (it's my favourite lens by far :) ). If you don't think you'll use it much I agree that you do right by selling it though. I also agree that 24mm is nice and wide on 5D.

I wanted to love it, but I just didn't. It's time to bite the bullet and just get the zoom, because I'm 100% sure I'll use it a lot more - I don't have a 'default' lens and it'll do the job on both bodies.

Just remember Perry, the brick is pretty heavy. It will be like carrying around your 85L, but at about twice the length. Amazing lens, just big.

Sounds like a good plan, Perry! I hope the brick works out for you. My brick rarely leaves my 5D but I don't have an 85L either;)

I swear I have an eye/eyelash fetish.

I think it's cos us Asians don't get eyelashes, or get eyes that are a colour other than hazel... :p

Lit with a single Rayflash. 100mm f/2.8 macro lens.
