If anyone else thinks so, let me know. I tried to keep the picture from looking too cool, but maybe I overdid it.

#1 is terrific, love the tone and the composition. The reflection is great. The tone, a bit warm, does not cause color problems for me. I like it.

The shots of your wife seem to be marginally focused. At least the first one of your wife...

Your daughter surely outclasses your wife :). Very natural pose.

You could have kept a little more space at the bottom when composing to get a litle more of the reflection. Or did you intentionally crop it that way?

Was the background yellow in colour?

The background was indeed yellow in color. Just below the crop is the edge of the table, so I wanted to take that out.

I like the first picture. Especially her reflection in the table. I applied a levels adj layer and checked the "Snap Neutral Midtones" option in PS CS2. I also dodged the right side of her face and burned a little of her left sleeve. It seems to have taken some of the yellow out of the image. Any better?

Oh, that is really nice! I'm going to have to try those techniques, although I have PS 7.0 :(

Edit: actually, an "auto levels" in PS7.0 did this:

You and Brian have had some wonderful edits. This is an amazing photo.. I love the reflection.. I just had to play with this.. I did a little fix on the white balance. I then bumped up the saturation and erased back her skin because the sat messed it up.. I did a little eye pop and slight sharpening.. With the b/w I used Cheeta's conversions..

Hope you like..

Beautiful daughter and wife. Very nice pictures especially the 1st. Reflection shots are great.

Great work on all the edits as well. Heather, really like the black and white! :D

Beautiful little girl ... and the edits look great also. I am seeing blue in the whites of her eyes on all of the color shots, even the edits. Am I the only one seeing this? Maybe it's my monitor?

Some of the editing skills on this board are just awesome. That last one Heather is spot on as far as I'm concerned. I've never been able to PS eyes. I'm sure there are some tutorials out there.
