Trouble Transferring Vid - Invalid MS-DOS Function

Hi -
Totally new, but I need help. When I let the video run til the end of the card, I can't transfer that particular vid to my computer from my sd card using windows. I formatted the card in the camera, but I still get, "Cannot Copy MVI_0743" Invalid MS-DOS Function." Do I need to format using low level format or something? Any help would be appreciated!

You don't mention which model camera you have, but my A620 specifies that for large videos you should do a low-level format on the card first.
