is this umbrella kit any good?

Hello guys , i was wondering if any of you guys can give me some imput on this umbrella , thanks in advance .

The stand does not look like it would be good outside. Inside it will be fine and the umbrella..well that is hard to tell unless someone owns it. It is 40$. It is not that much of an investment. Try it out and let everyone know how it goes.

I have Wescott brand umbrellas and love them. That is the only brand I will not get as they are compact. My stands are Giottos until I get my Calumet stands with my Genesis kit. I may just sell them and keep the Giotts.
