Expan background system - HELP!

Guys

Can someone please tell me (or take a photo of the configuration) how to lock the pulleys in place on the Manfrotto background system!! Mine tend to roll rather easily and therefore I have to keep rollin the excess paper back in during a shoot!

That's a good question. Have you tried calling the manufacturer? I don't have any experience with them, but looking at the picture my 1st thought would be put a chopstick or thin metal like a screw driver to "lock it". Probably totally stupid idea. But at least it will get someone to respond.
