So, the cash back promotion has started but i'm still waiting for my cheque's from the last promotion!!!

Does anybody know who i need to contact to find out why i've not recieved it yet?

I sent my 2 claims off in early January recorded delivery and i recieved an email for each of my claims confirming receipt and stating my requests were being processed. I have used submission satus facilty at www.submissionstatus.com (external link) but i get the following message:

We were unable to find a submission using the information you entered.
You must enter the email address you wrote on your claim form, and the eight digit Submission ID from the confirmation email.
Click New Search to try again, or Contact our Customer Service Department (external link).

I have emailed them using the contact form and had no reply.

I have called them by phone on the supposed promotions centre number: 0845 084 8978 and get no answer.

I have called 08705143723 and they cannot find my details on the system and gave me the number for the promotion centre ^above^ that i have already tried many times to ring............

Anybody have any other point of contact i can try?

They owe me £140 in rebates and i'm not going to let them get away without paying........ My forms are all filled in correct, barcodes attached and receipts supplied - on top of all that i even incl photocopies in the envelope so they'd have no excuses for losing those bits of card!!! [obviously i have copies for myself too...]

So if someone can point me in the direction to get this sorted i'd apprecite it......

cheers

Steve

From the Canon website FAQ section:

They say to call this number in Ireland if you need help

Ireland 1850 930 278 - country code is 353

The link is on this page:

The 0845 number you gave is probably no longer associated with the cashback- if you put it through this site http://www.saynoto0870.com/ (external link) it comes up as unknown.

If one of my numbers got linked with the system for cashback, I'd probably have done the same thing. after the 10th time anyway.

I was in the same boat as you (still am actually) and had no joy with the answerphone numbers etc. But, after ringing yet another number I finally got to speak to someone.

Of course they new nothing about my cashback application but said if I send a copy of my original invoice they would send me the dosh.

Anyway, the number is 003536280308, it's another answerphone but this time someone rang me back straight away.

That someone is Norita Burke who deals with cashback and you can also email her.

Her email is, norita.burke@ir.cpginc.com (external link)

Still ain't had my cheque and this was 7 days ago.

I wonder how many have give up trying to get their cashback.

Today though, i was just writing an email to the address Mick supplied but thought before i send it i'll check the site one last time.... Low and behold.....

That's exactly what they're counting on to make some money
