Hi all, new here and was pointed here by a friend after purchasing an EOS 400D last week. I'll be using this with my IBM Thinkpad z61m running Ubuntu, and think it'd probably be a good time to make sure the gamma correction is right. Now I've found that I can adjust the gamma correction in the monitor section of the xorg.conf file. The problem is I'm going to need some application to help me discover what gamma correction I should be applying. Does anyone know of something that does this, or can point me in the direction of a guide/help?
