The batteries are great, I got the 2700mAh 4 pack and a 8 battery charger that came with 8 2000mah batteries. plus 1 511a 2000mah for the camera. All arrived but ... that's not the story.
I placed my order on Feb 22nd, Friday. On the 24th I was told that they didn't have all the items ordered in stock. I replied to the email saying that I did not need them immediately. But as life would have it, I got a client booking a last minute engagement this coming up weekend. So last week I told Sterlingtek to cancel the order. Didn't hear from them. I placed another 3 day shipping order at newegg.com instead.
Just 1 day ago, I was told the items are there, and today I got it (they must've next-day shipped the stuff). And, I was told they would refund my cc 100%.
Wow ... talk about service ... I just want to say, I will definitely go back there for all my battery needs now. Also, my 580EX has never cycled so fast 
PS. newegg package doesn't arrive until tomorrow.
