Available next month
P1000 was USB 1.1 and 10 (I think) gig - rightly got some stick here.
Now USB 2 and 40 gig, tremendous screen on the old one and new one is improved!

Shud be good :D

Yes, I'm holding out for the P2000. It also has a super high res 640x480 display, which I believe is the same as the P1000 has. That's almost 5 times the pixels of the typical 320x200 that all the other seem to have, so it should be razor sharp.

In the UK the RRP is £350. So some of the online places will have it down at around £300.

Not bad for a machine with USB2.0, 40Gb storage, DirectPrint capability, and also direct to a portable CD burner capability. Add to that the beautiful 640 x 480 and 212dpi screen and it is almost a bargain. :D

I've already ordered mine.
