This was taken some time ago when I was still using the Xt+kit lens combo.

I was walking downtown and saw this family walking toward me, I politely asked them if I could snap a few shots and the were fine with it, and kept walking along, smiling.

I took a few steps, turned around, kneeled and snapped this shot.

I never got their names (wish I did now) and they never got mine, but first impressions were
1: You just dont see families walking like this much anymore
2: They seemed extremely happy to just be together

I think the b&w is alot more striking but both are very cool.

I love the color. It has the "Matrix" green walls, and the red in her jacked is striking. I dont know if this is the edited version, but the contrast is a touch overwhelming for me.

Love the B&W I agree with the backpack though. It shows they have something planned. Without the backpack it speaks more "this is all we have, this is all we need" kinda deal. People can interpret it for themselves but that's what it says to me. :)

I really like the 2nd one, Found the backpack a little distracting but i still like it,

Did a quick photoshop for you to see if it looked better without it.
