G'MAE, All... Long day today. Heather and I went to an airshow in Riverside.

Zane, these are great!

I absolutely love this one (external link)!

Fantastic timing.

How long did it take to get the choreography right?

jb_browneyes wrote in post #5215392 (external link)
Zane I also really like this one http://shortwave5.smugmug.com …271747868_5LLLq#271761389 (external link)

That's pretty cool... One of my old riding buddies and I used to do that on our bikes on the freeway. We'd get close enough together and our passengers would pass candy back and forth.

ZANE went through your galleries again. So many good shots...I adore the hound dog shot where its face and paws are above the fence rail.

SMUGGY USERS how do you like the recent "enhancements"? I like the slide show change, except...it won't load on my Dell Latitude laptop. So I'm disappointed that whatever they did isn't supported by some older hardware. Also, I don't like the default to square thumbnails and that if shots are loaded initially with the default, they don't change to rectangle when you go back in and save the customization turning this off.

When did this happen? I took a look at my galleries and all my thumbnails are still rectangular. I imediately made a personal default setting to keep them that way every time I creat a new gallery.

My youngest son LOVES Backyardigans!

Well, I can seee where not having children has failed me again. I don't even know what Backyardians are...

google turned the lights out.

Smuggy users helllllllp! I loaded a gallery and the thumbnails defaulted to square. I went to customize and clicked no to square thumbs, hit save but they are still square. What am I doing wrong.

I'm wondering if this "enhancement" is going to go away quickly? It seems no one here likes the square thumbnails.

Wahoooo!!! Got done with the Zoo pics.

I'm soooo far behind on processing my photos, it's sad ...

I was pretty well caught up. Until today... 1067 images of my own and 559 of Heather's to cull, organize and process...

That's pretty cool... One of my old riding buddies and I used to do that on our bikes on the freeway. We'd get close enough together and our passengers would pass candy back and forth.

Teams of three, each runs a 1 mile loop and passes the hunt whip to the next rider relay style. The hard part is you have an area that you have to be in to pass it. The rider waiting has to time it that they are up to a gallop as the passer comes in and the passer has to pull up a bit or they will just blow on past. They practice for months as a team to get it done. Two years ago I was shooting and the head of our club and race team came up to me and asked if I had an insurance card which I did. Apparently the track was checking cards and one team member didn't have one. I was told to go find some riding cloths and get ready to race. They put me on a race horse that was a Maryland million competitor with over $300,000 in winnings. I got it done, didn't drop the whip, and the team won.
