When your desktop is visible, hit Print Screen. Then go into Photoshop, start a new document (it will default to the correct size), go to the Edit menu and select Paste. Save and post.

OR... pick up your monitor, put on your scanner face down, scan and treat the resultant scan as any other jpg.
