WWII Memorial (First Try)

These are my first tries with the Canon Digital Rebel XTi with the 18-55mm lens. I really didn't do that great, but then again, I'm sure that's how it goes your first time.
Suggestions, tips, pointers, etc, would all be appreciated.

Try embedding a couple in the post; you usually get more comments that way...

I find the white foreground quite distracting in "3" - perhaps burn that in or crop it out?

Yeah, they're huge images though, wont it like, over do the whole page :lol:


The white was, but I think its probably the clearest one I have, I had it sitting on a thing, if I would have taken the tripod, they all would have been good probably.
