As a slave to the Photon, I for one welcome our Daylight Savings overlords.

More light for me! And as I live north of the 49th (15kms - big deal), I relish the idea of dusk shots after 10pm.

No more light, it just comes at a different point in the day.

I can withstand losing an hour anytime the light shines for longer amounts of time :)

The sun shines for the same amount of time wither it's DST or not.

You sure about that? Last time I checked, during summer, we get more hours of daylight.

Well duh.

Are you up at 3:30 am for the sunrise? No. Of course it shifts the day forward.

I dislike the changing of the times, But, I will so enjoy the extra hour of light, especially while I am sitting on my porch enjoying a nice glass of ice tea and watching the sun set!

Well yeah, but what does that have to do with DST?

Not normally up for the sunrise no matter what time it comes. So it doesn't make a difference if I set the alarm for 3:30 or 4:30, still have to get up early. And if the sun sets at 8:30 or 9:30 I see it either way. I just hate getting used to the time change.

Unfortunately, yes I AM up for the sunrise. In fact, I am at work long before the sunrise. And yes, I can take a break, go up to the roof of the building I work in, and watch it come up over the mountains.

I'm generally at work well before the sunrise when I'm working days. Only in the middle of the summer do I get to see a bit of a glow to the sky in the morning.

Daylight savings time at this time of year is pretty stupid. What I save in the evening (if anything), I lose in the morning.
