I see Hoff running down Robson quite often being chased by screaming Japanese girls. I try to run a block for him but they just knock me into the street.

Leonard Nimoy shoots black and white nudes, why can't the Hoff do street?

Tell them you're scouting for a location for a Maxim shoot. They'll buy you lunch, take you on a tour and your car will be washed and waxed when you leave. :)

Thats a good idea! :) Better do another fake id! :)

Problem is ... if you sneak the photos. (take them without permission) You won't be able to legally use them for much. At least to make money. I would casually approach the foreman...supervisor of the job and ask him if I could take some pictures for ........ Make sure you wear clothing that is reasonable. I don't think it has to be a disguise.
If you want to go completely candid. Just walk in and start taking pictures. If questioned, just say you were assigned to get some photos for the owners.

It is true, however this is purely for a uni project, however legally its true that i could not make any money as i may be on private property.

The problem is i have said that i want to see where the 'disguise' gets me and i believe this is more interesting as i want to show images that the public would generally never see!

I heard of someone making a very official-looking fake ID and was able to get access to many "restricted" areas. I'm not sure what the ID said, though.

Plenty of Fake Id's seem to be about, just search google for fake id and you can get one for £10 with holograms and all sorts!

If Im shooting near traffic, I use safety cones around my van and wear a safety vest for visibility. This makes me look official and cops give you the nod as opposed to "what ya doin ?"

So, you want to create fake identification and trespass onto private property? I had no idea the law could be suspended if you want to get cool photos. We have plenty of threads where people are complaining about the way cops treat photographers and now I see perhaps the cops have a reason
