Claire, what's that neat sailing ship you have in Gothenburg? My wife was watching th eice skating being braodcast from there and I noticed it during one of the breaks.

Do you mean this ship?

It's called Barken Viking and it's owned by Liseberg AB (the ones who run the amusement park Liserberg here. It's nowadays accommodation and restaurant.

Trim em back pretty hard every couple of years.

The guy that does our yard trims them every winter, but I noticed this morning there are bugs on the flower buds and I have no idea what to do about that.

Yeah, I think that's the one... I was curious because I crewed on this one several years ago...

Hmm I don't know. Aphids? You can get some insecticide soap for that I believe, or lady bugs :).

Aphids are actually pretty tastey... You can just lick them right off the stalks and munch on them...

My tenant suggested an alcohol/water mix or just soapy water. Or I could just try WD-40. It seems to work for everything...

Okay Didier, I tonemapped it then because the tonemapping made it noisy, I ran it through NR for the sky only, and where the tonemapping blew out the sky, I replaced it. Then I removed one wire that went weird during the tonemapping. (sometimes that happens to straight lines). Then I used various nik filters on it to bring out the colors and do special effects. I couldn't make up my mind which I liked better so I did 4 options. If you like any of them you can click on them and download the originals and when you are done I'll remove them.

(edit: I forgot to mention that if the color is too saturated, which sometimes happens, just desaturate it to taste) :)

about taking a PP course?
j/k thanks Riley. It was fun playing with someone else's shot...I enjoy doing that. But truly, it's hard to process for another person...tastes running so differently and all.

I won't forget that. Be ready to receive about 50 shots a week to PP. We'll see in 6 months if you still enjoy it :p

Well I should probably take some PP courses too

I know what you mean about processing other people's shots. That is why Scott and I process our shoots together but give the shooter control over the actual processing itself. We both have a unique style.
