Working from home again today. It's dank and dreary ISO1600 weather out there...

I knew I could count on you to support the dark chocolate movement! hehehehe Have a good day Didier!

i love some good quality dark chocolate 60% or higher it is good stuff. but i also love Hershey's with almonds
but i cant eat it sometimes dieting sucks

I've lost about 40 lbs... and I've not cut out my dark chocolate.... I do NOT believe in depriving myself of things I love (dark chocolate) because if I do... I'll end up giving up and gaining all that weight back...

No, you take care. Poor lady. Is there anyone that can come over and take care of you? Make sure you get your rest worry free? Make you gobs of hot and spicy chili?

Quick look in here. My friend came with some medicine and my parents are coming over with some groceries. Damn head hurts and trying to not feel too nuseas (pardon my crap spelling today).

Wool, that's an awesome lit flower!

Pete, if you look out at the weather and think in terms of ISO it sure means you're addicted to photography... :p

I don't know about Wool, he's gonna be loads better at this stuff than I would be, but I just experiment. Tripod, small flashlight, shutter release, dark room and a subject. Set the ISO low, aperture to whatever you want to create the DOF, and a shutter speed for a few seconds. Turn off any lights making it black, or at least really dark, engage shutter and for about a second, lightly touch the subject with the flashlight.

On the flashlight, sometimes it's cool to add a "snoot". I make one out of some black poster board, roll a small bit of it up into a cone and stick it onto the end of the flashlight. This makes the light more direct and concentrated so you can direct it better and you won't have so much "spill".

There is no right or wrong way. It's all about doing something different. I took 62 shots. Around 8 were worth keeping.

The bf was here last night and apparently my coughing and strange breathing kept him awake and worried. And for some reason he kept waking me up when I was just about to fall asleep, and he claims it was cos I breathed weirdly. My friend got me nose spray and headache pills. I took one panodol and was very close to puking it up right away. Thankfully didn't. I asked mom to please buy me some groceries tomorrow when she'll go into town, but she said she'll do it today when picking up dad and then they'll drive into town and give me the stuff.

I think I'm staying home tomorrow as well. :(
