Recommendations for a flash bracket??

Evening All;

I have an XTi, a 580 EX II and a new 100mm Macro Canon. In looking through all the "Macro Rigs" I guess I should get a mount for the flash but am clueless as to which one, so what are your opinions? I'd prefer to be somewhat frugal to start with, if possible.
