I'd have liked a few non flashed - non fisheye images.
#1, 3 and 6 are okay though.

The room was almost completely black, without flash even iso3200 would have underexposed everything

I like the 5th one with that guitar neck that curves around. Perhaps try dragging the shutter more in this very difficult shooting enviroment.

lol woah, and the performers were ok w/ u creeping that close to them while they were playing? I never knew the fisheye lens still worked that well on a crop body... the stuff i read online had me thinking that the fisheye effect is drastically reduced on a crop body... seeing these pics and finding out you use a crop body yourself puts the fisheye back on my wishlist :) was it the canon 15mm 2.8 that u were using?

Well, they are right by saying the effect is greatly reduced, but you see it the most when using full frame fisheye's. To avoid loosing most of the distortion and feel i opted for a circular fisheye(http://www.amazon.com …ics&qid=1205218128&sr=8-2 (external link))

so insead of appearing to be only slightly distored:

they turn out looking more "fishy"
