You could try these people. http://www.viewfinderphotography.co.uk (external link) I know that at the recent FOCUS SHOW they had a wall mounted studio boom arm £79 +vat which was almost identical apart from the wall fixing you describe.

Have a look at www.photomart.co.uk (external link) website. They do a wide range of mounts, stands and supports of all sizes (and shapes)

Tony, I purchased a lightstand bag from Viewfinders stand at Focus - well made, excellent price.

TJ I have been looking for a bag also, but the ones other than the rigid or steel at Viewfinder look like narrow army kit bags. I'm looking for semi rigid type which will fold down. Which one do you have?

Its just a black nylon canvas lightstand bag, with a full length "U" shaped zip running along it's length, and another zip at one end, which enable you to "insert" two lightstands into internal pouches - to prevent them from damaging other items, and room in between for a tripod, lighting cables etc.

Give me a minute and I'll try and find it on their site. It cost £15 BTW, which I thought was pretty good.

Hmmm... I've searched their web-site but cannot find the item I got, maybe it was a special purchase just for the show.

My sales receipt calls it a "Carry Bag - Long" - it measures 105cm long, 22cm wide and 17cm tall (when laid down on the ground) although I was lying about the "U" shaped zip (not sure where I dreamed that one!) - it has a single zip down the centre of the bag, and another around one end, with two internal pouches to prevent your stands from damaging each other.

Finally, it has Viewfinders name embroidered on the outside of the bag - may help them to identify which one you are referring to - incase you contact them.
