There is no sight of the monkey yet . This camera is becoming more difficult to strip the further I go. It feels like something is holding on to the parts from the inside.
I am considdering the HAMMER.

How about we get the Title Fairy to change your title from "Goldmember" to "Gold Privates"?

OK I finaly finished the job. It was more work than I thought it would be. Now I know why cameras are so expensive, it is not the cost of the spares but the cost of all the labour putting all those small pieces together.
The official count is 206 plus tax.

:evil:And then I must mention that I was rudely misled by fellow POTNers. THERE IS NO MONKEY IN THE CAMERA.

Congratulations completing your task alive. Will these parts all be individually packaged and insured for safe shipment?

Talk to Bootsie about the monkey. I think she thought you had a chimp on your shoulder.

Its not Bootsie. It is cdifoto who started the monkey business. You either have a monkey in your camera or you are the monkey. In my case there is no monkey in the camera.

Nobody guessed 206.

I guessed 137 ( -69 ). bbqKing guessed 274 ( +68 ).

"Price is Right" rules, I win. Closest rules, bbqKing wins. Rules of THIS contest, nobody wins. :D

I did not start this monkey business, I was told that there was a monkey, and I called dibs. SOMEONE OWES ME A MONKEY!

I think I see a monkey in there. Poor guy. That must be the problem with the camera.

Here's a zoom in case you still don't see it:
