Could be just my laptop monitor but they seem a bit out of focus (or possibly blurred). Did you use a tripod?

Think about background etc...
They do seem blurred

Yeah I guess they're a little out of focus now that I look at it, sorry about that.

They're made by MMP or something, thats what it says at the bottom, they're hand built though, each has over 1000+ pieces.

Nothing to be sorry about - these things happen to all of us (well me anyway) at times You definitely should use a tripod and a cable release, or put the camera on the tripod and use the self timer.

on a serious note, the DOF is too small, and can't get the whole car in focus.

Of course, they always crawl out the window.

Actually the table I was using was filled with stuff so I had to keep it in a small area.

#3 has to much light IMO, the light is robbing the cars of their beauty and makes it look really OOF. Not bad, I don't think I'd be able to do any better I have an XTi as well, great starter camera! #1 is probably my favorite, even though it's dark the light isn't to bright, just wish the background was better, you should make yourself a DIY lightbox. Get some white paper and get a nice light in there... Just like product shooting. You can find a project plan in the DIY forums, along with other great and cheap ways to enhance your photographs.
