Thank God for RAW. Does this seem like alot of noise for ISO400?

The back ground does look noisey to me. I would have cropped closer to the bird and maybe blured the back ground . this was the advice I got from some of the guy on here when I put up a nisey photo:D:D:D

The thrasher itself seems really noisy lol.
