Good Service - Giottos and DayMen Int.

I bought a Giottos tripod and head 2 years ago. A few weeks ago the tripod blew over in a fierce gust (no camera on it) and sheared the stud holding the top plate.
DayMen have just taken over the UK distributorship and although the head is no longer a current item they found a replacement FOC in a few days.
Good service!
