I got a 40D a while back and didn't post the traditional duck shot so he is one of the earliest duck shots taken with the new Camera:

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! don't remember ever seeing that many Pintails!! Must have been Arkansas, I saw a flock of Pinnies near Jonesboro, 2 years ago, but they were quite far off. Great pics, I am picking up my 40D tonight, and will be taking it to Argentina in late May. Looking forward to taking some photos like that with some different species!

Lake Mattamaskeet in North Carolina. It's a National Wildlife Refuge, but parts of the east coast were covered with pintails late in the season.
