I got a 40D a while back and didn't post the traditional duck shot so he is one of the earliest duck shots taken with the new Camera:

Must have been Arkansas, I saw a flock of Pinnies near Jonesboro, 2 years ago, but they were quite far off. Great pics, I am picking up my 40D tonight, and will be taking it to Argentina in late May. Looking forward to taking some photos like that with some different species! Daniel Boone

It's a National Wildlife Refuge, but parts of the east coast were covered with pintails late in the season.
