Hi

I'm loving the output of the 4880 - but not loving loading sheet paper from the top.......

I find I have to have 4-5 attempts before it says it's loaded straight.

Any hints from experienced users

Thanks

Simon

Is the paper too large/thick for the tray? I've tray-fed 11x17 and 13x19 Epson paper without any issues.

Are you using the top manual feed slot or the front? I've had issues with the top slot and letting the Epson pull the paper in, so I prefer to release the paper lever and load the paper in from the front manually.

You could also look into the paper adjustments for specialized stocks and adjust the platen gap.
