I just purchased a SD1000 camera. When I tried to pull a picture off the camera I was surprised to find that the Canon Camerawindow utility would not start and that if I started the Zoombrowser EX separately it does not see the camera. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the camera with no success. I was was able to use the Windows Camera Wizard to pull the pictures off the camera so I know that the camera is properly installed in windows. I have Windows XP Media Edition and am using the latest version of both CameraWindow and Zoombrowser. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
