Anyone here have any experience with them? I just ordered this GND kit (external link), and not only did they send me the wrong sized filter (they sent the smaller 85/P sized filter), they also forgot to include the filter booklet as described in the listing. I know the booklet probably isn't much but if it's supposed to be included it should be. I was looking forward to using it this weekend too. I would think that they sell a bunch of these sets and would know exactly what is included. I just sent them an email and am hoping for a positive resolution. Anyone else have a disputed order and have had it resolved?

Also are there any other online shops that stock Hitech filters. This will probably be my first and last purchase with 2filter.com.

I obviously can't speak for what happened with your order but I have ordered from them three times with great results. The customer service was excellent. I screwed up on one filter in my last order; I ordered a double coated B&W UV filter when I meant to get the muti-coated version. Once the package was delivered and I realized my screw up I contacted them and made arrangements to ship it back. They got the new correct one out to me promptly.

I am satisfied with my experiences with 2filter.com.

Rey _ I've bought all my filters from them without any issues. I can't recall the owners name but ask to speak with him, its a small run business. I'd be surprised if he didn't do the right thing and correct the order to your liking.

Thanks for the replies. I'm hoping they take care of me and judging by both of your experiences, I think they will.

1st impression means everything though and unless they do something out of the ordinary to compensate for their mistake, this will probably be my last purchase from them. Unfortunate since I was planning on buying a bunch of filters once I got used to using this system. I'll have to look for an alternate source for Hitech filters even if I have to pay a little more.
