Newton Bracket?

I was wondering if anyone that owns a Newton Di100FR2 bracket has a problem with the bracket itself moving from side to side (horizontal) while attched? I've tried tightening the bottom set screw, but It seems to be as tight as can be. Any suggestions or even personal experience would be appreciated.
