Has anyone had any experience with the Bower Lens adapter for mounting FD lenses to EOS digital cameras (specifically the Rebel XT)? B+H - $49.00

I have all that lovely glass from my film Canon staring at me :( and would love to be able to use it... I know it won't be as good as EOS- dedicated lenses, (can't afford any right now) but I'd like to use them if possible. Specifically I have a 200mm tele I'd love to use.

Thanks for any input and opinions.
Chris

One thing you may notice is that some (many?) FD lenses won't focus properly to infinity when using an adapter on an EOS camera. I have a similar adapter, and while my FD lenses (nearly a half-dozen) work quite well at close to middle distances, using them at longer distances at infinity focus settings doesn't work well.
