As a side note, when you say the bracket is huge, do you mean that it reaches high up into the air. If so, and if it's not really to your liking, the maybe you can exchange it for the Press-T which has a little short reach the the Pro-T. The only drawback is that it might be a little "tight" (clearance wise) with the grip on, though.
Anyway, congrats again.
- Unfortunately, I don't have the grip yet. It's on my list, but chalked up for a later purchase. The only downsides to the bracket as I see it are: it is rather tall, but something I will get used to and not a defect in the bracket. I like this one, and I plan to keep it. Secondly, the it seems that with this bracket, the camera still has to take a lot of the brunt of the weight versus the bracket itself. I was *thinking* that the bracket hold would be a tad closer to the shutter release than it is. But, again, not a problem...just something I'll have to get used to.
