Well it is great if you personally are okay with stretch marks, but I DO mention it to all my maternity clients before hand and they have all WANTED stretch marks removed, so I think for the majority of women, they don't want to see it. I wouldn't. Maybe it's vain, but it's the truth. I don't want skin so smooth that it looks abnormal, but I guess that's where good photo editing comes into play.

I just meant that they are proofs and that I don't edit unless they are purchased. M clients receive on a ton of proofs on disk and if I edited them all I wouldn't make any money. I have no problem with vanity, my main strength is glamour so I have no issue with photoshop, but I don't do it until it's purchased. I was merely giving ideas for the studio that's all.
