The first one is a little out of focus, we were in the right place at the right time, and unfortunately i had to hurry to get the shot. would have been a great shot otherwise. I've never done any rail photography at all, another coincidence i suppose

I just loved the last picture. The area, the composition, but the image quality was very bad. I ran it through lightroom to see what I could get. This is the results of about 5 minutes of color/exposure adjusting.

Nice work, makes me want to go out west... its only about 2500 miles each way.
