To be honest, I already have the 24-35mm range covered with my 24-70L so I wouldn't be gaining much from this lens. I am looking specifically for a prime as they have the larger aperature that I am looking for. Thanks for the suggestion though.

After thinking through things some more, either the 24L or the 35L will remain on my wish list. I would like to know, those of you who have used the Canon 28 1.8, is it a very good lens and hows the IQ? I have read all the reviews on here and FM as well as looked through countless image example threads on here and Pixel Peeper and it seems to do a decent job in the IQ department, but I would like to know what users of this lens have to say about it. I am more inclined to purchase a lens that I know I could go full frame with rather than a crop only lens like the Sigma 30 1.4.
