Hi all,
A few shots from a recent trip to Mexico. Stayed south of Cancun, Riviera Maya near Player Del Carmen. Great Place.

Great shots....We hope to go there some day. Did you feel safe walking through the city with your camera gear?

Did you feel safe walking through the city with your camera gear?

Yes. Where we were it was very touristy no worries. My 70-200f4 with the canon 1.4xtc and hood raised a few eyebrows and calls of
papparazi!! Never felt threatened at all.

I hope to be back there next year. :)

Never felt threatened at all

Sorry I forgot the day I drove down to Punta Allen in a hire car and the army searched me, me bag and the car at gunpoint, slighlty worried and almost peed me pants! They waived the guns and I was on me way. Got a nice shot of a belted kingfisher for my troubles made, it all worth while. :)
