Is this a good price for a 580EX mk 1?

Someone offered it to me for $250--is that alright?

It's about the same price as the 430EX but more powerful and can be used as a master correct?

40D, 20D, 24-105 4.0L, 24 2.8, 70-200 2.8L, 18-55 kit lens, 2 x 430ex's, way too many extras to list and even more that I need :mrgreen:

Sounds like a good price to me as that is almost as much as a used 550EX will fetch.
