So....here are a few attempts at coaching/soccer shooting at our first game this season. C & C welcomed and appreciated. Also, how do you post more than 2 pics in the same post?

Croasdail making stuff up More info | Mar 19, 2008 19:14 | #3 They are about what I would expect from youth soccer.... which is both good and sort of bad - hence the lack of comments. The venues usually have all kinds of problems with chain link fences, parking lots, and assorted ugly buildings. Then the players just aren't doing spectacularly athletic stuff you see in the higher level... so you don't get comments because of that. It's just tougher to get the gee-wiz shot at this level of play. That doesn't mean the shots are bad, they just don't grab the average joes attention enough to make a stranger do "dang!" So don't take the silence too serious.

SuzyView Cream of the Crop More info | Mar 19, 2008 19:17 | #4 I take pictures at all the games my sons play every season. I take about 1000 by the end. It's hard to say I get more than 10 good ones every time. The parents get a disk from me with all the images. That's my gift to them. The first one is good. The second doesn't look like there was much action. But I'm sure there was. Keep snapping away. As I said, I never get more than 10 good ones at a time. Kids are not as exciting as the pros, but the parents love them. Suzie - Still Speaking Canonese!

Canon 20D w/grip, 300D, Powershot SX100 w/HF-DC1 flash, Canon 70-200 f/2.8L, 85 f/1.8, 17-55 f/2.8 IS, 50 f/1.8, 580EX and some other stuff...

I load pics from elements 6.0. If you did a 'Save for Web' in Elements it removes the EXIF data - I know that as I did the same when first posting on here Chris
