Unfortunately I'm signed up for broadcasts about any news on the 1Ds and 1D so I don't miss anything important they may have developed.

I'm signed up for notifications about upcoming events I need to shoot, so I don't miss anything important what might come along and bring some money. But people are different ;)

Both sets of cameras are so even, that it's the individual user that will give the ultimate best result.
I've still seen better shots from my 20D than I see regularly on new 1DSIII's by ones who just want the best.

Of course I still love demolition of noinks ;)

I just switch to Cannon from Nikon had D80 really like the camera, main reason for switch was lens prices. There is lot of things Cannon could learn form Nikon and vice versa. Setting a custom white blance on Cannon compared to Nikon is total bull. Nikon press the auto white balance once then second time point an light sourse with expodisc and it is done, does not waste slot on cf card just fixes white blance that set of shots. Way cooler than Cannon

I really dont care about every review out there on Nikon, as long as they still use the sony processor/chip they will have problem, I've been their loyal fan until they start to use the chip from sony, and I have to sit in front of my pc for hours retouch mainly sharpen every pic that I took, on top of the camera keep on hunting in the dark and jam after u took hundreds of pic. and this is begins from my own F90X,D50, D70, D80, D200 (especially this one), so yea I'm done with nikon

Brand wars are so 20th century. Stop being a sellout and use whatever improves your photography and life.
