Hello everybody!

I'm not sure whether to put this thread on the accessories/storage or here, but here goes.

I was wondering if anybody had spotted deals on a Crumpler Seven million dollar home or the brazillion dollar home? I just got some new goodies and my 5 million dollar home is too small now (I'll be selling it here so keep an eye out once I upgrade) ;)

Share the knowledge of wealth if you have please.

Thanks!

I can't say it was a "deal" but I just received the $7MH from B&H. With shipping, I think it came out to $140.

i got my 6mdh from adorama, they had free shipping at the time,(a few weeks ago). i think they have the same shipping deal on the 7mdh.

price with shipping was the same as b&h w/o shipping.

I got my 7MDH for ~ 127$ at Henrys here in Canada. I think it's 119 right now + tax + shipping but I bought it when they were offering to "save the GST" (or was it PST?) and offering free shipping as well.

I found it to be a terrific deal at the time (a month ago) since I haven't seen any other bargains or better deals in terms of crumpler bags.

Check on amazon. I bought mine used off there for 100 shipped. If you gotta have a new one, then you're basically paying full price on it. I looked around for awhile on sites like ebags.com and so on, but none of them will offer a discount on crumpler bags.

Yeah, which is unfortunate. That's why I just purchased one with a BhPhotovideo gift card I received! :D

@herbzkim: hey, may i know how tall are you? im looking for the 5MDH or 6MDH now, i think the 7 is a little too big for me (1m67cm, average asian).. can the 5MDH hold the camera with grip + 70-200f/4L attached? how about 70-200 f/2.8?
will 2 addition lens like 24-70 and 85L + 580EX II fit good?
i read on the website and i don't think they mention anything about laptop compartment, does it has one?

thanks

Hey patrick, None of the MDH bags have a real laptop compartment. I believe you can "make" one out of the compartment holders inside the bag. I'm about 5'10" -11"and it works great for me. I can post some pictures if you like.

Just to give you a 'short' perstpective. I'm typical female at 5'2" and my 6MDH is perfect.

i saw the review on the 7MDH, and the guys was 6'1", he looks good with that. i think i'm gonna go with it... 6MDH for walking around and a big backpack for storing and traveling.

now i have to find the backpack to carry with me to the plain :D look at the vertex 100 in store but didn't like it, the waist belt is freaking huge
