First, let me say thanks to everyone that give me suggetion on graphic tablet. I finalized the choice to 2:

1) Bamboo Fun Medium (8.5" x 5.3")
2) Intuos3 4x6

They are both about $200. It is my budget. I wonder if I should go bigger with less features, or smaller but more features. I am using 2 24" wide screen monitor at home. I intend to do photo touch up with the tablet.

Can you guys comment? Thanks in advanced!

I use a slightly larger Intuos and love it... Makes many PP techniques much easier.

I have the 6X8 Intuos3 and love it. I think I bought it for around 200 but I might be mistaken.

I want to Intuos3 6x8 too, but it is $300 + changes. Can you tell me where you get it for $200.

I got mine at Mac Authority and I was shocked when I got it because it rang up at 200 instead of 300.

the intuos3 had twice as many pressure points, and is less jumpy. I had the bamboo, but returned it for the intuos3. I have no regrets for paying the extra cash.

Costco.com has the 4x6 for $199 and the 6x8 for $269. Know any Costco members?

Size really isn't as important as the resolution. And I doubt you'll be using the full 5x8 area of the Bamboo if you're going to be using it only for photo work. The Intuos has double the resolution, per square inch, of the Bamboo. I would go with the Intuos if I were in your shoes.
