I wanted to buy a scanner for my 35 mm negatives (I have tons of them). However, I am an amateur and was wondering if you could scan a roll of 35 mm that has not yet been developed? Will this damage the film?

The film will turn totally black which, since it's a negative, means it has been completely exposed. Jay
