Good angle down onto the water captures some great colour, which combines with that in the sky to justify the lack of Rule of Thirds placement for the horizon. I like the rippled texture in the water. Main concern is that the front and back rows of mountains don't have a sense of distance between them... especially on the left where the tops converge briefly and the buildings are the only element strongly supporting the sense of distance between them. A time of day with different lighting, some mist or clouds etc. might add that extra element to make it all click even better. 5D and too much glass. Mamiya 645E.
