Just wanted to share a graet new program I found that does what HDR espouses to do... but the results are MUCH more natural and fast.

It's called Bracketeer and all you do is take up to 6 shots of the subject and bracket each exposure so tha all ev of the subject are encompassed. ( I put my G9 on auto bracket for 3 exposures +/- 2 stops each) then drag the shots into Bracketeer. Bracketeer acts as a GUI for a program called Enfuse which works wonders. Just click the Enfuse button on the GUI and you get a tiff file that has all of the exposure ranges and it looks NATURAL.

You are best on a tripod... but the latest version has an Auto align feature. It only costs $30 and it is a miracle. I am now experementing with making 3 different exposures of the same image and infusing that... it seems to work that wat as well! It also seems to reduce noise. Just scratched the surface.

The only downside is that it works on Macs only. Works with RAW, Tiff, JPG...

Also... I have NO connection with this company in any way shape or form other than to heap praise on these guys!
