Probably over some sort of river, or stream...;)

It seems like it might just be a tad warm for me, on my calibrated monitor. Not too much, though. I'm not sure if it's just the color of the bridge, or what, but the trees seem to have a bit of an orange-ish tint. Could just be me.

Upside the head...A place where nothing good ever happens.
My stuff: 5DII, 20D, kit lens, Tamron 17-50, Canon 70-300 USM IS, 50 f/1.8, 580 EX, Lumiquest 80/20 flash bounce, a few filters, manfroto tripod with ball head. Pathetic Flickr gallery, (external link)Smugmug site (external link)

^^

My guess woudl be that since most of the one lane bridges were built of wood, it would have been best to have a roof covering to prevent the wood from rotting faster. So more of protecting the bridge more than anything.

While you can't see it in this photo, the interior retains a bit of the wood construction.

Congrats on being the second person from this forum to make me spit coffee on my keyboard this morning.

Cool shot. Any chance you could have come out a little wider? I also agree with the orange cast to it.

I would like to have went wider, but there are a bunch of landmark/signs right off to the right of frame. I didn't really want them in frame.
